Although there are no vaccinations mandatory for India & Nepal, a few should be seriously considered.

There are no prescribed vaccinations for India.
Persons coming from areas with yellow fever (determined countries in Africa, Central and South America), require a valid international vaccination passport.
However, it is generally recommended to vaccinate oneself against Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio, Hepatitis A & B and Typhoid.
Since different aspects should be considered in individual cases, it is advisable to consult an experienced travel-medical physician or pharmacist 4-6 weeks before the journey. There are various opinions about the Malaria Prophilaxe, so we recommend seeking medical advice.

V : Health

Staying healthy on Trips abroad has pretty much to do with your pre-travel preparations and what way you take care of yourself in the respective country. Although the possible health risks of a motorcycle-tour in Asia may seem awesome, the actual problems are usually not bigger than a stomach upset. The main sicknesses, -Dysentery and Hepatitis A- affect the intestines. They can be prevented by medicines, vaccination and simply by careful selection of food and drinks.

Food : Always go for fresh fruits, salads & hot meals.
Water : To be on the safe side, stay clear of tap water. Always go for mineral water.
